Prepaid – 1 to 2 working days
COD – Metro City 3 to 4 working days. Rest of India 4 to 5 working days.

How do I track my order?

You can track using the tracking ID provided by us via WhatsApp.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

You have to wait 5 to 6 working days for delivery. If it’s not delivered till this time period then reach out to us through WhatsApp or our support page, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Can I return or exchange the product that I bought from watchocart?

Yes—if the product is damaged or faulty, we offer replacements. You must send an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

What is the return, refund, and replacement policy?

In case of the following reason, you can replace with the same (fresh), or a higher amount product (you have to pay the difference amount)
1. The watch has any defect (Broken, Non-Working condition, manufacturing defect)
2. You received the wrong product.
You must inform us on the same day as delivery.

When and how will I get my refund?

Conditions of Returns
The product is in the original shrink wrap.
All links must be attached to the watch.
The product has no scratches on the entire watch or marks on the sapphire crystals or glass.
The courier fees or the transportation expenses back and forth must be paid by you.
You should inform us the same day and send it back without use (same condition u get)
Refund –  Once your return is received and approved, within 2 – 3 working day, we transfer the amount to your account ( Google Pay, Bank transfer)

What are the conditions of refund?

Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or wrong product delivery, supported by valid proof like an unboxing video.

No, India Only

Can I get a brand box with the first copy watches?

With watches, you get a normal wooden box. If you want a brand box, then you have to pay extra charges (check in the product description).
Yes, with eyeglasses, Pens, Sunglasses, a Wallet, and cufflinks, you get a brand box free (same in the product picture)
